For Kendall's Entertainment!

We thank God for family, when you have people that love you to the core it is a blessing but it is especially good when you have good entertainment for your kids. Sydnee is Kendall's cousin and she loves Kendall very much, she dances, read books to her and just loves to play with Kendall. Below you will see with your own eyes the fun we have around our house and at grandma's. Enjoy!!

Earrings for Kendall

Ears pierced at 4 months, We wanted to pierce her ears I think it's cute when you see little girls with their ears pierced, it cracks me up to hear people say that I should have gave her a choice to get her ears pierced. Well I'm going to leave that one alone I was going to get on my soap box but I'm not she didn't cry she was just curious as to what the lady was doing and they are cute!

It's funny how the simple things make her smile, I waved an envelope in her face to fan her, she cracked up laughing at it and wanted me to do it again. Well as I did, I got the best pictures that I think I've taken so far Enjoy!!

8 Week old shots

I must admit I was about to cry because I didn't want them hurting her like they did in the hospital! She still has a bruise on the top of her foot almost 6 months later from where the nurse kept squeezing our daughters foot! She of course did very well, didnt make a sound she just looked around like ok what was that??

Happy 4th Anniversary

This Photo is from our 4th Anniversary, we went to a restaurant called Morton's in Troy MI, very nice, they took this photo of us, the food was very good. They had the menu with our Anniversary year and date on there, we had a table decorated just for us and everyone signed the photo after they took the picture, best of all I was able to spend a romantic evening with my wonderful husband! I love you baby

We also celebrated our Anniversary in the lovely city of Grand Rapids, we stayed at what we would rate a 4 star hotel! Amway Grand was spectacular, very clean, cozy, romantic and we look forward to going back. While there we had dinner at a contemporary restaurant that was very nice!! Leo's Downtown Grand Rapids had a lot to offer service, food, quality, quantity and the atmosphere was quaint, we loved it..

Motherhood

Ok I thought that I would really be able to keep up with this blog page. Boy was I wrong, so rather than fret about it, I will,when I'm able to update the page, email everyone to have them check back on the blog, if they want to see new pictures. These last 4 months have been an eye opening experience, Kendall has been such a blessing, she sleeps well, she eats well, she engages with us very well. We have throughly enjoyed her being in our lives and Thank God for her being such a patient baby, so full of life and love for her parents and family. My family has to get what they call their "Kendall Fix" they can stand seeing her for a coule of days but it has to be some hours on the days that they do see her, then they are fine until the next week. Thank God for family and the support they give, thank God for dear friends who love you and your new bundle of joy. We are Parents of a little person who wants nothing more than to be held, nurtured and loved. She loves making faces and smiling, when she awakens in the morning she is refreshed and ready to smile, you don't have to make a sound but just smile at her and she is more than happy to smile back and enjoy the time with you.
Richard and I talk in the morning about the day and what our plans are, we pray sometimes together but when we are just laying there Kendall has to get her 2 cents in she joins in on the conversation as if she was a part of the planning process. It's too cute and ohh so sweet. I'm going to try and upload photos and videos so that you all are able to see her progress! Until next time.
